What we do

The infrastructure behind good care

Running a child care program in New York means navigating ACS vouchers, DOE contracts, DOHMH inspections, and staffing rules that change year to year. We handle the parts that don’t touch the classroom, so you can focus on the parts that do.

Advocate & Monitoring Legislation and Policies

We represent member programs at City Hall and Albany — on reimbursement rates, licensing reform, and funding stream continuity.

Support

Compliance walkthroughs, grant application help, and direct guidance on DOHMH Regulations, Birth to 5 NYCPS contracts, Head Start, and voucher administration.

Connect

A working network of directors and educators across the city — shared trainings, peer support, and a shared voice.

“Every family that walks through our door is trusting us with the most important part of their day. This association makes sure that trust is backed by something solid.”
